1 – WHAT IS THE RATIONALE OF THE CERTIFICATION?
Today, with the globalization of the world in all aspects of life, it is a key factor to provide an added value to our work and stand out of the crowd. This concept is particularly essential in the field of project management as it is an area where each project is different and where the decisions made may affect the development of the project and as a result customer’s satisfaction independently of the quality of the entity in charge of the execution of the project. Therefore it is convenient to have a system that certifies practitioners engaged in project management with different degrees of responsibility, independently of the organizations they belong to.
