The University of Zaragoza, the Spanish Project Management and Engineering Association (AEIPRO), the Instituto Aragonés de Fomento, and Motorland Aragón, are pleased to announce the celebration of 18th International Congress on Project Management and Engineering which will be held in the facilities of Motorland Aragon in Alcañiz (Teruel) from 16th to 18th of July of 2014. As novelties of this edition with respect to previous ones, the following stand out:

·    A selection of the best communications presented at the Congress will be published in competitive international publishing.

·    Tuesday 15 July, the day before to the beginning of the Congress, a workshop will take place with the topic  "Project Management in the automotive sector". This workshop will have special rates for people attending to the Congress.

·    It has been designed a scholarship program of free registration for the best students of master whose Final Master Thesis (FMT) has as its object one of thematic areas of the Congress.

·    The Gala dinner takes place, for the first time in the central day of the Congress, i.e. Thursday the 17th, in order to encourage the maximum number of Congressperson attending the main social event of the Congress. In addition, taking advantage of this year Congress held in the circuit of Motorland, and taking into account that the official activities of the same end Friday at noon, after the conclusion of the Congress a program of activities related to motor racing’s competition will be offered.

As usual, best papers presented at the Congress will apply for the Congress Awards, and an electronic version of the Proceedings of the Congress will be published. This version will have an ISBN and will be indexed in Google Scholar.
